How We Ship Liquidation Pallets
The shipping method depends on the size, weight, destination, and number of pallets in your order.
LTL Freight
LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) freight is commonly used for individual pallets and smaller bulk orders. Your pallet is transported with other freight and delivered to the address provided at checkout.
Truckload Shipping
Larger orders may be shipped by full truckload. This option can be more practical and cost-effective when purchasing multiple pallets or a large quantity of liquidation merchandise.
Courier Shipping
Some smaller boxes or products may be shipped through standard courier services when this makes more sense than using a freight carrier. The shipping method is selected based on the size and type of your order.
Local Pickup
Customers who are near our location may also have the option to arrange local pickup. Please contact us before coming to confirm availability and pickup arrangements.

Once your shipment is arranged, we will provide available tracking or freight information when applicable.
Please remember that carrier delays caused by weather, traffic, holidays, mechanical problems, or other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery times.
Residential and Commercial Delivery
We can arrange delivery to both residential and commercial addresses, depending on the carrier and shipment.
Residential Delivery
Residential deliveries may require additional services because most homes do not have a loading dock or forklift.
A liftgate may be required to lower a pallet from the delivery truck to ground level. Additional charges may apply depending on the carrier and delivery location.
Commercial Delivery
Commercial locations with a loading dock or forklift are generally easier to service. When placing an order, please provide complete delivery information and let us know about any access restrictions.
Delivery Requirements
Before your shipment arrives, please make sure:
-Your delivery address is complete and accurate.
-The phone number provided is active.
-Someone is available to receive the shipment when required.
-There is enough space for the delivery truck to access the location
-You notify us in advance about narrow roads, gated locations, or other access limitations.
-You have the proper equipment available if a forklift or loading dock is required.
Providing accurate delivery information helps prevent delays and additional carrier charges.
Inspect Your Shipment at Delivery
Please inspect your pallet or shipment when it arrives.
Check the packaging and merchandise for visible damage before accepting the delivery. If you notice significant damage, take clear photos of the pallet, packaging, and affected merchandise and contact us as soon as possible.
Keeping photographs and delivery documents can be helpful if a freight claim needs to be submitted.
Tracking Your Order
When tracking information is available, we will provide the relevant shipping or freight details so you can follow your order.
For freight deliveries, the carrier may contact you to arrange a delivery appointment, especially for residential addresses or shipments requiring special services.
Bulk and Truckload Orders
